Methodology
One of the transformative elements that characterise this experience is the unhurried time to turn our gaze inwards and connect with what we are really feeling and what we need, in the company of other women. Finding a warm space where we can listen to ourselves and at the same time listen to what is moving within the others, feel the strength and support of the group.
We will work on personal development and women's empowerment, with the purpose of strengthening, empowering and helping personal drive. through artistic and corporal expression. A space where we feel in a fluid and spontaneous way the creation to honour and thank whatever is present. A song, an act of letting go, a dance, a symbolic gesture.
We will work through Art Therapy, psychodrama and somatic therapy.
